BladeVault™ electric knife sharpener
How the BladeVault sharpener is laid out
Diamond stages
The sharpener uses diamond grinding wheels in a three-stage sequence. Stage 1 is a coarse grind, Stage 2 a fine hone, and Stage 3 a ceramic polish, and you pull the blade through each in order.
Color-coded angle slots
Slots are color-coded for 15° and 20° bevels. Match the slot to your blade's factory angle, whether it is a thinner Japanese-style knife or a thicker Western-style knife.

Spring-loaded guides
Spring-loaded guides hold the blade in place as you pull it through. They set the angle for you, so your job is to draw the knife straight back at an even pace.
Scissors channel and speeds
A dedicated channel takes kitchen shears, garden pruners and craft scissors. Three speed settings are included: LOW for fine blades, MEDIUM for daily knives, and HIGH for heavy-duty tools.

BladeVault is an electric knife sharpener built around three stages: repair, refine, and polish. Stage 1 uses a coarse diamond wheel to work on chips and reset the bevel, and the later stages finish the edge.
Color-coded slots match 15° or 20° bevels, and spring-loaded guides hold the blade at that angle on each pull-through. That makes this electric sharpener a simple fit for chef, santoku, paring, bread, and boning knives, with the 20° slot also used for pocket and hunting knives. A separate scissors channel takes kitchen shears and garden pruners.
As a cordless electric knife sharpener, it is rechargeable and comes with a USB charging cable, so it can move from a kitchen counter to a travel bag. A 3-stage knife sharpener layout also suits beginners learning the pull-through motion.
