LucidRim Pro™ photochromic sunglasses
Lenses, Coatings and Fit Details
Photochromic Lenses
The lenses respond to UV light. They shift from a clear state toward dark gray outdoors and return toward clear when you move into shade. There are no buttons or switches to operate.
Polycarbonate Lens Material
The lenses are made from polycarbonate, a lightweight, impact-resistant plastic often used in sport eyewear. They are meant for cycling, hiking, fishing and other time spent outdoors.

Hardened Lens Coating
A multi-layer hardened coating is bonded to the surface of the polycarbonate lens. It adds a harder outer layer to the lens surface, which helps when the glasses go in and out of a pack.
Hydrophobic Coating
The lens surface has an oil-repellent, hydrophobic coating. Water drops and sweat bead on the surface, and a wipe with a soft cloth clears smudges after a ride or hike.

LucidRim Pro are photochromic sunglasses made for hiking, cycling and trail running. The lenses are polycarbonate and change tint as UV light changes, with no buttons or lens swaps involved. Runners, cyclists and hikers use them when an outing moves between sun and shade.
As photochromic eyewear, the frame includes an adjustable nose pad and anti-slip silicone temple grips. A hydrophobic, oil-repellent coating sits on the lens surface, and a multi-layer hardened coating is bonded to the polycarbonate.
These photochromic shades suit outdoor training, shaded trails and bright open stretches. The set ships with a protective carrying bag and a user manual.
