NovaVantage™ astronomy binoculars
What is built into NovaVantage
Optics
Large objective lenses and multi-coated BAK-4 prisms make up the light path. The 80x80 layout is meant for looking at the Moon, clusters, nebulae and other night sky targets.
Collimation and housing
Each pair is collimated individually, so both barrels point at the same spot. A reinforced prism housing holds the internal parts in place while you pack and carry the binoculars.

Sealed barrels
The barrels are nitrogen-purged and sealed with O-rings. You can set up outdoors on cool nights, then wipe off dew with the included microfiber cloth when you pack up.
Tripod mount
A mount is built into the body and attaches to a standard tripod. This lets you rest the binoculars on a support instead of holding them for the whole session.

NovaVantage is a pair of astronomy binoculars built for viewing the Moon, clusters and nebulae with both eyes. Large objective lenses and multi-coated BAK-4 prisms handle the light gathering. Observers use them for casual sessions under open sky.
A center focus wheel adjusts the image, and the wide field of view suits sweeping the night sky. Reinforced prism housing on these astronomy binoculars supports collimation, and the barrels are nitrogen-purged and O-ring sealed.
Used as binoculars for stargazing, the body has a built-in tripod mount that attaches to any standard tripod for longer sessions. The same pair works as night sky binoculars, as binoculars for viewing planets such as Jupiter, and as astro binoculars for backyard observing.
