SightForge Rangefinder Features

Brush Mode

Pulse filtering skips near objects such as twigs and grass and reads the farther target behind them. Use it when you range through timber or cover and want the distance to the animal.

Sealed Housing

The housing is sealed and the unit weighs 4.94 ounces, so it rides light on a lanyard around your neck. A protective carrying bag covers it between the truck and the stand.

SightForge

6X Multilayer-Coated Optics

Multilayer-coated glass sits behind the 6X magnification. You get an enlarged view of the target through the eyepiece before you take a reading and plan the shot.

USB-C Rechargeable Battery

A Li-ion battery powers the unit and charges through the included USB-C cable. Top it off at camp or at home before a trip, and pack the cable with the rest of your kit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. One of its seven modes is a golf mode with slope compensation, so you can use the same unit on the course. The brush, bow and rifle modes stay available for the field.

SightForge uses multilayer-coated glass with 6X magnification. You look through the eyepiece to view the target, then take the reading and see the distance on the LCD.

The Li-ion battery charges through the included USB-C cable. Plug it in before you leave, and keep the cable in your pack so you can recharge at camp or in the truck.

A microfiber cleaning cloth comes in the box. Use it on the lenses and body after a day in the field, then store the rangefinder in the protective carrying bag.

Select Brush Mode, aim at the target and take the reading. The mode filters nearer objects such as twigs and grass and reports the farther surface, which is usually the animal.

Yes. Bow Mode shows the horizontal distance adjusted for slope, which suits stand and hillside setups. Rifle Mode applies angle compensation in a similar way for rifle shots.

First-target reading reports the closest object in the beam, such as a branch. Last-target reading, used in Brush Mode, reports the farthest object in the beam instead.

You get the SightForge rangefinder, a protective carrying bag, a neck lanyard, a microfiber cleaning cloth, a USB-C charging cable and a quick-start user manual.

A hunting rangefinder measures distance to a target with laser pulses. SightForge shows horizontal distance on an LCD, offers Brush, Bow, and Rifle modes, and confirms a lock with a vibration.

This hunting rangefinder has Brush Mode, Bow Mode, and Rifle Mode, plus a golf mode with slope compensation. Bow and Rifle modes show horizontal distance adjusted for slope on the LCD.

SightForge: A Hunting Rangefinder with Brush and Bow Modes

SightForge is a hunting rangefinder with multilayer-coated glass for use from a stand, blind, or ground. It offers Brush Mode, Bow Mode, and Rifle Mode.

In Brush Mode, pulse filtering ignores nearby clutter such as twigs and locks onto the farthest reflective surface, then confirms with a vibration. As a rangefinder with angle compensation, it shows horizontal distance adjusted for slope on the LCD in Bow and Rifle modes, which suits it as a bow hunting rangefinder.

This rechargeable hunting rangefinder uses a Li-ion battery charged over USB-C, so no CR2 cells are needed. The housing is sealed, and a golf mode with slope compensation is also included.

  • SightForge rangefinder and protective carrying bag
  • Neck lanyard
